Volume analysis, facility mapping and layout with operational teams through to end solution presentation in to the retail client senior management teams.

Client Management in a retail rollout environment – responsible for managing client processes and CPA adherence with client head office teams and reporting on internal KPI measures and progress to ensure on time and in budget delivery in a fast-paced retail change programme.
