To disrupt the flow of footfall through a store and immerse the customer in the Christmas shop experience.

Vanguard Retail Role

Vanguard Retail were tasked with the design and development of the Kitting & Logistics together with the in store implementation planning and execution. The works involved the management of teams at store moving, dropping and erecting fixtures, fittings and completing the de-merchandising and remerchandising.

This was completed across two delivery plans firstly to implement and then to return the store a standard trading model.

Outcome

The client was able to access the data they required from the project for review in planning going forward.

• 8,207 new fixtures and fittings delivered
• 1122 gondola modules amended
