Vanguard Retail are a privately-owned retail implementation agency. Our core business focus is the Design, Management and Delivery of supply chain functions in support of Goods Not for Resale (GNFR) solutions in to retail fixtures environments.
Launched in the summer of 2017, the business can boast an experienced retail delivery team with collective industry experience in excess of 30 years. This experience is primarily focussed on driving cost savings, efficiencies and process improvements in to the retail environment.
Our expert teams include specific area expertise focussing on fulfilment warehousing, rollout pick and pack, retail transport delivery management, equipment consolidation, storage solutions and inbound QC management.
The business also prides itself on continuously analysing the market and adopting developing trends to deliver improved service in to our market sector. This approach is fully enabled by our teams including “Fellows in the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport” and our business representing our industry on the National Council of the Freight Transport Association.
